CDI ignition box Naraku Sport
Naraku ignition unit with raised rev limiter. The OEM CDI regulates already at 8000 rpm, the Naraku Sport CDI throttles only from about 10,000 rpm.
The CDI control unit is needed to throttle the vehicle as far as possible and to realize further tuning measures like a bigger cylinder kit or a sport exhaust system. A complete removal of the rev limiter is not recommended. Complete dethrottling, e.g. with the help of an internal rotor ignition (strong adaptation of the wiring harness necessary), is only recommended for KSR engines in conjunction with better crankshaft bearings and a racing crankshaft.
